As a third-generation Oregonian with an abiding love for Portland, houses, and all things design, you could say Erin found the perfect career. After nearly 20 years helping buyers and sellers realize their goals, she's sharpened the skills and formed the relationships to make it look easy. Clients describe her as patient, understanding, and strategic, never shying away from open discussion or challenging negotiations. She has a knack for good design on a budget and is well versed in the full range of eras and price points of Portland homes with an often-granular knowledge of the many neighborhoods we call home. Most of all? She has fun doing all of this, and her clients do too.
A few sweet spots in Erin's areas of practice include helping people relocating to Portland, first-time buying/first-time investing, and trading one home for another (whether downsizing or trading up). It's not uncommon for these conversations to begin years in advance, so don't hesitate to reach out if you're considering making a move and need a sounding board.
She puts in the hard time for her clients and makes a habit of maintaining the relationships long after keys have changed hands. Need a recommendation for a paint color, summer camp, or restaurant? Happy to share!
Erin lives with her son in a beloved 1909 bungalow in SE Portland (Richmond neighborhood, represent!) She relishes every opportunity to bake, jam, pickle, infuse, and grow her own food. When she's not working or hanging with her kiddo, you’ll find her at the gym/yoga studio, trying her hand at one craft or another, and yelling at the refs cheering on the Thorns.
