Historic Condo on the Park Blocks

Purchasing a condo is one part finding the right space and one part researching the HOA as a business. Once you find a condo with features that suit your needs, you may discover through researching the HOA, that the majority of units are non-owner occupied, or there are up-coming assessments for new projects, or there are old problems yet to be properly remedied. Bill & Inge wanted to find a smaller unit, bike storage, and a solid HOA. After careful consideration to a few different buildings, they found a super 1-bed condo in a historic building overlooking the Park Blocks. Research pays off.

First-Time Homebuyers Ready to Go!

IMG_2544.JPG

When I met Rachel and Jayson they were ready to jump into the market-- pre-approved, knowledgeable about the market, and in agreement about what they wanted. Their goal-- to find a 3 bedroom home, lots of outdoor space, maybe a garage, and located in a neighborhood midway between their work. After being outbid on 2 homes, they came upon a lovely home that checked off the list in Milwaukie. Again a multiple offer situation-- this time in their favor! Way to hang in there through the ups and downs of a competitive market-- 2 months was all it took!
